Dalmation Lamp
Large stoneware ink bottle turned lamp base.
Vintage meets quirky modern with the addition of a 'Pop-Art' scarf and sunglasses wearing dalmation.
The addition of bright yellow rickrack (ric rac) trim on the white ties the colours together.
Interestingly rickrack gained popularity in the 1970's, primarily used as a colourful decorative finish for hems and collars.
Fun black and white dog illustration vinyl was added to the inside of shade to create subtle silhouettes when the light is switched on.
Size: Height of lamp 43cm
Lampshade is 20cm across the width.
